Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of this website and our services, and — more usefully — a plain statement of what this site is and is not.
Effective: 1 March 2026 · Last reviewed: 1 March 2026
Introduction
Welcome to Clearview Medicare ("Company," "we," "our" or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, digital platforms, and all Medicare advisory and enrollment services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, requesting an appointment, or working with a Clearview adviser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Company Overview
Clearview Medicare Advisers LLC is an independent insurance agency licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana. "We," "us" and "Clearview" mean that company; "you" means the person using the site.
We are licensed to transact insurance business only in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana. Nothing on this site is an offer to transact business in any other state. Licence numbers are available on request and are published in the footer. Every adviser here completes annual carrier certification before Annual Enrollment opens; you are entitled to ask to see it.
What We Are Not
Clearview Medicare Advisers LLC is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Nothing on this site is an official government communication.
This website is a solicitation for insurance. We are an insurance agency, we sell insurance products, and we are compensated by insurance companies when clients enrol through us. A licensed insurance agent may contact you. We would rather say that at the top than describe ourselves only as an educational resource. Ourfull Medicare disclaimers set out the required disclosures in one place.
Nothing on this site or provided in the course of our work is medical, legal or tax advice.
Acceptance of Service Terms
By booking an appointment, asking us to compare plans, or authorising us to submit an enrollment on your behalf, you enter into a service relationship governed by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Mobile Terms and Medicare disclaimers.
Only the documents issued by an insurance company state what is actually covered. Where these Terms and a plan's own documents differ about coverage, the plan documents govern.
Client Responsibilities & Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal authority to arrange coverage for yourself or for the person you are calling about, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Inaccurate information about medications, doctors or existing coverage will produce a plan recommendation that does not fit, which is the most common cause of regret in this business.
Do not send your Medicare number by email, text or web form. No legitimate agency asks for it that way. Read it to us on the telephone or bring the card to an appointment. See our Privacy Policy.
Scope of Services
What we do is explain how Medicare works, compare the plans available in your county against your medications and your doctors, submit an enrollment when you ask us to, review your medication list each autumn, and help when a claim is denied or a letter arrives that you do not understand.
This site is general information, not advice
Everything here — the explanations of the four parts, the two roads, the plan tiers, the guides and the questions — is general information about how Medicare works. It is not advice about your situation.
We deliberately publish no premiums, deductibles, benefit amounts or income thresholds. Those figures change every year and vary by county and by household, and a dated figure on a licensed producer's website is worse than no figure at all. For current amounts useMedicare.gov, ring 1-800-MEDICARE, or ask us on a call.
Nothing here enrols you or confirms coverage
Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, an enrollment, or confirmation that you are covered. Enrollment happens through a plan's own application and is subject to eligibility and to the plan's contract with Medicare. Submitting a form on this site is a request that we contact you — it is not an application, and it does not hold a place, reserve a plan or protect an enrollment deadline.
Plan availability, and what we represent
Medicare plans are sold county by county, and availability changes annually. We do not offer every plan available in your area — the number of organisations and products we represent is stated in the footer of every page. For a complete picture of everything available to you, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program, all of which are free.
Scheduling & Appointments
You agree to provide timely responses and documentation. Enrollment windows are fixed by Medicare and close whether or not the paperwork arrived.
If you are inside an enrollment window and a deadline matters, telephone(866) 827-4241. Do not rely on a web form to meet a date. The website is never a channel for anything time-critical — a deadline, a denied claim, an appeal, or a letter you need explained.
How We Are Paid
We are compensated by insurance companies when clients enrol through us.Our help costs you nothing, and the premium you pay is the same whether you enrol through us, through another agent, or directly with the plan — Medicare plan premiums are filed with CMS and do not carry an agent mark-up.
How We Contact You
We do not make unsolicited telephone calls. If you give us your number we may contact you about your own enquiry and your own coverage. Reminder text messages require separate express written consent, described in our Mobile Terms. Message and data rates may apply to any text.
If someone telephones claiming to be from Clearview and you did not ask them to, it is not us. Hang up and ring the number published on this site.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Ending the Relationship
Ending the relationship. There is no contract with us and nothing to cancel. You may work with a different agent, or deal with Medicare directly, at any time and without telling us why.
Refunds. Not applicable: you pay us nothing.
Changing or cancelling a plan is a separate matter, governed by Medicare's enrollment windows rather than by us, and doing it at the wrong moment can leave you without coverage or with a late-enrollment penalty. Ask before you do it.
Privacy & Data Protection
We adhere to strict confidentiality standards. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing — not your telephone number, not your Medicare number, not the fact that you are turning 65. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
- Do not scrape or systematically extract content or contact details.

Third-Party Links
We link to Medicare.gov, Social Security, State Health Insurance Assistance Programs and insurance company portals. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We link to them because they are useful and free, not because we are affiliated with them.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that every statement about Medicare remains current between annual reviews, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearview and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this website — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
This limitation concerns the website. It does not limit any liability arising from the agency services we provide to clients, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded at law, including liability for fraud or for breach of the duties state law imposes on licensed insurance producers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Clearview harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submitted that you were not authorised to provide.
Complaints, and Where Else to Take Them
If you are unhappy with this agency or with how one of our advisers has behaved, tell us — and if you would rather not, you have other routes that do not involve us at all. You may complain to 1-800-MEDICARE, to the department of insurance in your state, or to your State Health Insurance Assistance Program. We publish this because you should not have to search for it.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognised provider under its consumer arbitration rules, seated in the State of Ohio, with judgment on the award enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and Clearview each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action in connection with website disputes. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court. Where applicable law renders any part of this clause unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder stands.
This clause concerns website disputes. It does not apply to a dispute with an insurance company about a plan, which is governed by that plan's own appeal and grievance procedures and by Medicare's, and nothing here limits your right to appeal a coverage decision, to complain to a state department of insurance, or to contact 1-800-MEDICARE.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the mandatory consumer or insurance law of your state of residence applies.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this website, and the "Last reviewed" date above will change. If any provision is unenforceable the remainder stands. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Mobile Terms and Medicare disclaimers, are the entire agreement between you and Clearview regarding this website.
